Liability for contents

The contents of our pages have been produced with maximum care. However, we can assume no liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible pursuant to § 6 sub-section 1 Media Service State Treaty (MDStV) and § 8 sub-section 1 Telecommunications Service Act (TDG) for our own contents on these pages according to general laws. However, service providers are not obliged to monitor the outside information transmitted or stored by them or to research for circumstances referring to an illicit activity. Obligations to removal or blockage of the use of information according to general laws shall remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard shall only be possible from the time of obtaining knowledge of a concrete infringement of law. If corresponding infringements of law become known, we shall remove said contents without delay.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on the contents of which we have no influence. For this reason, we can also assume no warranty for these outside contents. The provider or operator of the sites shall always be responsible for the contents of the linked sites. The linked sites have been examined for possible infringements of law at the time of the linking. Illicit contents were not recognisable at the time of the linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked sites cannot be reasonably expected without concrete indications of an infringement of law. If infringements of law become known, we shall remove such links without delay.

Copyright

The operators of the pages endeavour always to comply with third-party copyrights or to have recourse to works produced themselves and free of licences.

The contents and works on these pages produced by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. Contributions by third parties are marked as such. Copying, processing, propagation and any kind of utilisation outside the limits of copyright law shall require the written approval of the author or producer in question. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.

Data protection

To the extent that person-related data (for example, name, address or e-mail addresses) are obtained on our sites, this shall be on a voluntary basis to the extent possible. Use of the offers and services is always possible without statement of person-related data to the extent possible.

Use of the contact data published within the framework of an obligation to an imprint by third parties for transmission of advertising and information material not expressly requested is hereby contradicted. The operators of the sites expressly reserve the right to legal steps in the event of unrequested transmission of advertising information, for example by spam mails.
